Just a little personal post, during the crazy fall months, my family and I managed to sneak our first family Disneyland vacation in! It was SO wonderful. We surprised our kids the night before we were to leave and they were a bit stunned. We never go anywhere for vacations so I think they just didn't know what to make of it. Going in October was so ideal, the lines were short, the weather was pleasant but not hot, the kids were actually delightful and not whiny! Our first trip to Disney=SUCCESS!!!! We are sure to return in the future!
In front of their favorite ride, the Grizzly River Run. So we were cheaters, Jordan was JUUUUUUST a smidge too short for the 42 inch rides, like literally, less than 1/8 of an inch. We rolled up some of her extra panties that we had packed in our daily back pack and put them in her shoes as lifts. And TaDa, she was able to go on some of her favorite rides. We're such great parents. :)
